About Pop Island

Pop Island is a tile-matching puzzle game. You can play the current Android version without creating an account or giving us your name, email address, or phone number. Your game save is kept on your device; the game does not send it to a Pop Island server.

Information saved on your device

To resume your game, Pop Island stores your current level, energy and recovery time, coin and other in-game balances, and progress in its reward features. It also stores your music and sound settings and which version of the in-game legal documents you accepted.

The save includes a preset region code used to display game values. The game does not determine this code from GPS or your precise location. These records are read when the game starts and updated as you play.

How the game uses this information

The local save restores your level and rewards, calculates energy recovery, applies your audio choices, and determines whether to show the legal agreement screen again. In-game coins and rewards are game values, not payments or money held for you.

The current Android release does not include ads, analytics, an account system, cloud saves, real-money purchases, or automatic crash-report uploads. It does not ask for access to your contacts, precise location, photos, microphone, or camera. We do not receive or share your local game save through the app.

Website visits

When you open popisland.top, the web server receives connection details needed to deliver the page. Its access log can include your IP address, request time and path, response status, browser user agent, and referrer if your browser sends one. We use these records to keep the site working, investigate errors, and respond to abuse. The site does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies.

The site runs on Alibaba Cloud infrastructure, which helps host and deliver it. We do not connect website access logs with your game save. Our current server setup rotates access logs daily and keeps them for about 14 days.

Other services

Android and Google Play may handle download, device, diagnostic, and backup information as part of their own services. Their practices are governed by their own policies. Device backup or restore settings may copy your local game save without sending it to a Pop Island game server.

If you email us with a privacy question, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include. We and our email provider use it to respond to your request, not for advertising.

Your choices and deletion

You can review the in-game privacy notice from Settings. To remove the game's local records on Android, clear Pop Island's storage in your device settings or uninstall the app. This removes the local save, preferences, and acceptance record. A device backup may restore an earlier copy; manage backups through your device or backup provider.

You can ask us to delete a support email you sent by contacting us at the address below. Because the game has no account or cloud save, we cannot view or erase the save stored only on your device.

Children

Pop Island does not ask players, including children, to provide a name or contact details to play. A parent or guardian can review this policy with a younger player and manage the device's storage and backup settings. Please contact us if you believe a child sent us personal information in a support message.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page when Pop Island's data practices change. If a future game release adds a feature that uses information differently, we will explain that change before the feature is used. The effective date at the top shows when this version of the policy took effect.
